Save Our Programme!

We are proud to produce a quality match day programme every home game at Broadhust Park Stadium. However, with the cost of living crisis now impacting us all, programme sales have taken a dip and over time the costs in production have steadily increased, resulting in our programme now operating at a loss.

This has not happened over night and programme losses were first highlighted back in the 2017-18 season. Since then printing costs have continued to rise, and additionally the costs of producing and editing the programme have risen with inflation. Regular purchasers will have noticed in recent times the number of pages being reduced in efforts to save on costs, but sadly after 17 years the time has come to increase the price of our programme.

This decision has not been taken lightly, but in order to continue producing a regular match day programme this increase is unfortunately necessary to make it financially viable. From Saturday’s game onwards, the cost of a programme will increase from £2 to £3. (Please note this price increase will not effect those who have purchased an annual subscription.)

For many fans who purchase a match day programme, much of the enjoyment is having a keepsake to take away, a lasting memory of the game that can be looked back on fondly in years to come. For others it is a source of information, packed with stats, interviews and all the latest information. Many clubs have gone down the route of no longer printing a match day programme alltogether and going digital, but this is something we want to avoid.

We therefore ask supporters to help save our match day programme by purchasing yours at the game this Saturday. You will find 24 pages crammed with all the latest news, stats and information including a regular feature from the Manager, match reports, a preview of the opposition and much more.
