Situated on the first floor of FC United of Manchester’s football stadium in Moston, North Manchester, our multi-functional room can host smaller intimate gatherings through to large celebrations for up to 150 guests. Our function room and adjoining balcony, with dramatic views over the pitch, provides an unforgettable setting for your special occasion.
There is on-site parking for up to 150 cars including 10 disabled car parking bays. Our lawns at the front of the stadium create an ideal photo opportunity for you and your guests.
We have achieved a great reputation for delivering high quality catering and hospitality services. Our friendly events team are on hand to help you plan your event and ensure your event is memorable.

We can be flexible around the times for wake receptions.
Room hire is inclusive of the following:
- Full use of function room with exclusive access to our outside balcony.
- Entertainment allowance until 12:00am.
- Linen tablecloths.
- Crockery, cutlery and napkins.
- Cake stand and knife.
- Option to have images displayed on TV screens, if supplied before your event.
- Disabled access with lift to first floor.
- Gents, Ladies & Disabled Toilets on first floor.
- Baby changing facilities.
- Air conditioning.
- Free Wifi.
- Free parking.
All bar and catering services are provided by FC United of Manchester.
