The dispenser is located in the ground floor accessible toilet and is free for any females to use.

FC United Women’s Team player Corie Mather said: “It’s fantastic to be able to offer free period products to women and girls visiting Broadhurst Park. Myself and the girls are extremely proud to be able to support this campaign and take away any stigma and embarrassment females suffer from having their period.”

Lisa Byrne from Citron Hygiene said: “We are honoured to work with FC United of Manchester and service the stadium’s period positive washroom. The dispenser is free to use and provides sustainable, 100% organic cotton period products. This free-vend program will go a long way in creating a comfortable environment for both visitors and players, where their periods won’t get in the way of their enjoyment.”

Stephanie Riddle of PrettyLittleThing and FC United’s official women’s and girls’ partner added: “We are proud to sponsor FC United Women and support this campaign alongside our own #prettypowerful campaign to celebrate International Women’s Week.
