Our Women's First Team is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as our Voluntary Secretary / Match Day Operations Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and successful home matches, contributing to the overall match day experience for players, staff, and fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee venue preparations
- Liaise with officials, visiting teams, and stadium staff
- Compete all match day admin, including team sheets
- Assist in setting up and dismantling match day equipment
- Provide support with crowd management and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Help with post-match clean-up
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Available for all Women’s Team home matches
- Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in event management or sports operations is a plus, but not essential
