A voluntary position has become available at the club for a Supporter Liaison Officer.
The Supporter Liaison Officer is an important link between a club and its fans. They ensure that fans with a close affinity to the club have the opportunity to contact the club, receive answers to questions and communicate any requests or concerns.
The Supporter Liaison Officer role is supported by UEFA and other associations including Supporters Direct.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in the following key areas:
• Roots in football
• Knowledge of the fan base
• Experience with and contact to key supporter networks (for example supporters branches, fans groups)
• Ability to communicate, in particular in groups and in public
• Good communication, conflict resolution, teamwork and cooperation skills as key social skills
