Members Meeting - Saturday 9th February UPDATED

At the 2011 AGM the Board made a commitment to hold two additional informal meetings of co-owners a year. We are pleased to announce the third of these meetings will be held on Saturday 9th February 2013 at Bury Social Club, Gigg Lane, commencing at 5:30pm. Registration will open at 5pm.
The agenda will be sent to co-owners in due course.

- Board Investigation Update

- Governance Group Summary

- Ground – Judicial Review / Cobbetts

We are also pleased to announce that FC United’s Spring General Meeting will take place on Sunday 28th April 2013 at the Manchester College.

The Notice of the General Meeting will be sent to members at least 21 clear days before the date of the meeting.

If you wish to submit a resolution for consideration at the GM, Rule 29 of the Club’s Constitution provides that notice of that resolution must be given in writing to the Club no later than noon 35 days before the date of the meeting, therefore by no later than noon on the 24th March 2013.
