It means the new committees have the green light to meet for the first time to review terms of reference, agree early priorities and longer-term goals, and elect a chair and vice chair.
The club received more than 60 applications for the committees from co-owners keen to play their part in the new structure, which will help support the board and steer the club towards achieving its new five-year Vision and growth plan.
Club chair Adrian Seddon said: “The board was very pleased to see so many co-owners coming forward for the committees and we have the calibre and skills needed as well as the numbers.
“Our co-owners are the club’s greatest asset and there has never been a more exciting time to get involved and help build our future using our Vision as the basis for growth.”
Each committee will convene during February and meet regularly thereafter, submitting reports to the board and working together to avoid duplication, share ideas and deliver initiatives.

Each committee will be responsible for key areas in support of the club, with delegated authority from the board within pre-agreed parameters. They will provide strategic thinking and activity in conjunction with, and to support, the senior managers; and will provide recommendations to the board for review and approval.
