FC United is recruiting a volunteer to act as a turnstiles co-ordinator for home matches from the 2014/15 season.
Primary responsibility is to manage a rota of volunteers. This includes ensuring that the necessary number of operators is recruited to work at each match.
Most of the work involved in this volunteer role will be completed between matches. This can be done from home, or from the club offices if preferred.
Additional matchday duties may include:
- Training of new turnstile operators
- Assisting stewards if required
- Assisting turnstile operators, organising floats etc. as required
- General support to the cash office and turnstile team
Experience of turnstile operations/cash handling and a team leadership role is desirable but not essential. Full training and induction will be provided at the start of the 2014/15 season.
