Now Sold Out: Christmas party

PLEASE NOTE : We are at capacity for the Christmas party and no more tickets are available.


Join us for our Christmas Party at Broadhurst Park on Saturday December 21st, after our game against Grantham Town.

After the game The SMRE will host post-match drinks and snacks for all party ticket-holders, then the main event starts at 18:30 in the club’s function room.

The evening will be hosted by comedian Danny Deegan, and there will be a Q&A with the gaffer ’Half term report: Neil Reynolds’, who will update on the progress we have made so far this season and his plans for the second half of the campaign.

The fun and games continue with a hot christmas buffet, we’ve changed the previously advertised Quiz in favour of a more intense format of competitive mental combat... watch this space...

Local Moston DJ Dee Maye has now been confirmed behind the decks playing a mixture of FC punk/indie standards, Soul classics as well as a sprinkling of cheesy Xmas tat to see the night out!

The men’s and women’s senior team squads have been invited to the party and each team has no game in the next week so they’ll be able to relax and enjoy the evening with the fans, and Reno has shared that the entire first team squad and staff will be in attendance and are really looking forward to the evening, with an agreement across the squad that any non-attendance will be met with a fine!

As well as being a festive celebration, this is a DF fundraiser so we’d very much like your support and to party into the night, we’ve not had a Christmas party for a few years now so this is a great opportunity to get together and celebrate being FC.
