A final reminder that FC United take on Atherton Collieries at home this Saturday 2nd September at 3pm.
With the team top of the table and scoring loads of goals, it is hoped that with a limited league programme Gigg Lane could host the biggest football attendance in the North West, outside of the International at Old Trafford.
The match is also being billed as an "end of holidays treat for kids" as all under 18’s will be allowed free entry, continuing FC United’s policy of making live football as accessible and affordable as possible.
Manager Karl Marginson told us:
"The team having been outstanding in the first six games of the season, playing fast, attractive football and banging in the goals. It has been a joy to watch"
"We are hoping for another big crowd on Saturday to help us continue the run, with as many kids as possible cheering on the team"
Help promote the match by telling as many people as possible about the game and the kids for free offer. Download posters here: http://www.fc-utd.co.uk/documents.php
