No football is no joke, so if you fancy a laugh get yourself along to the second FC comedy night of this year where you’ll find a cornucopia of comedic talent and all in aid of club funds.
Smug Roberts, the man behind Grandad Roberts and Meat Pie Sausage Roll will headline. He started out at the Frog and Bucket in Manchester, broke through as a headline act in 2000 and has continued to headline at all the major comedy clubs since then.

Compere will be Des Sharples - indescribable ’star quality’ that separates the jobbing comedian from the naturals, Des is a naturally funny, amiable Comedian. A skilled story teller is on offer here with an uncanny eye for detail.

So come down on 29th April 2010 to The Guide Bridge Conservative Club, start time 7.45pm.
