FC United of Manchester was formed in May 2005 and a website was created in June 2005, select a date above between June 2005 and today and we will take you back to what we were doing and who we were playing.
The British Library's UK Web Archive
FC United of Manchester is delighted to have been selected for the UK Web Archive founded by The British Library. The UK Web Archive was established in 2004 to capture and archive websites from the UK domain, responding to the challenge of a 'digital black hole' in the nation's memory. It contains specially selected websites that represent different aspects of online life in the UK. They work closely with leading UK institutions to collect and permanently preserve the UK web, and their archive can be seen at http://www.webarchive.org.uk/. From 2013 a snap shot of our website will be captured every six months and added to the UK Web Archive.
The Wayback Machine
Another website that as been chronicling our on-line existence is The Wayback Machine at http://www.archive.org, which does a pretty good job of reminding us of our home pages since the summer of 2005, but unfortunately a lot of the internal links don't work.
