FC United of Manchester Academy ’B’ team’s ECFA North West Men’s Invitation 3B League fixture at Macclesfield was abandoned after just 12 minutes after a medical incident affecting a home player who required urgent treatment.
The visitors had been leading by a 10th minute goal by JACK COCKER before the incident which left the match referee with little choice but to prematurely call the game off.
The FC United of Manchester Academy ’B’ team will be back in action next Wednesday with a home league fixture against The Fowler Education Football Men’s 2nds on the Broadhurst Park 3G, kick-off: 11.30 a.m.
