FC United’s academy team recorded another high scoring win in their second ECFA North West Mens Category 3D league game with a 9-0 home win against the Football Education & Training Academy Men’s 2nd XI on Wednesday afternoon on the Broadhurst Park 3G.
With a Kafele Swanston goal inside the opening four minutes, followed by a Cameron Thorpe first half hat-trick, and goals from Toby Wright and Kafele Swanston, the FC United college team were 6-0 up at half-time.
In the second-half, Darius Palma netted from the penalty spot, and Toby Wright added two more to complete his own hat-trick to make the final score 9-0 at full-time.
