Stronger Together: Women’s Training Sessions

In partnership with Morrisso Health and North Manchester Menpause support group we host weekly sessions at Broadhurst Park in our community gym and SMRE room.

The women's strength sessions are personalised to your goals and delivered in a supportive, empowering environment—helping you build confidence, physical strength, and mental well-being. These sessions are also part of the Renewal Programme as part of the health creation.

These programmes not only enhance physical health but also foster a sense of community and empowerment among participants.

When:

  • Tuesday 7.30am-8.30am or 5pm-6pm,
  • Thursdays 7.30am-8.30am or 5:30-6:30pm
  • Sundays 9am-10am.

Womens HIIT sessions: 

Morrisso Health’s HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sessions are fast‑paced, energising workouts designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and burn calories in a short amount of time. Each session blends intense bursts of effort with short recovery periods to maximise results.

Our HIIT sessions take place in a supportive group environment where women train together, encourage each other, and stay motivated. The shared energy pushes everyone to work harder and stay committed.

When:

  • Monday 5pm-6pm - Body Blast (Community Gym)
  • Wednesday 6pm-6.45pm HIITSTEP (SMRE)
  • Thursday 5.45pm-6.30pm - Totally Shredded (SMRE)
  • Friday 5.45pm-6.45pm - Body Blitz (Community Gym)
