Pouring Rights Deal Extended with Joseph Holt Brewery

FC United of Manchester are delighted to sign a contract extension with Joseph Holt Brewery to supply the Pouring Rights to Broadhurst Park Stadium for the next four years, in another major commercial deal for the club.
The independent Manchester brewery has been supplying the club with beers, wine soft drinks and spirits since 2018 and this new contract extension will see Holt’s become the club’s longest standing partner.
Board Director Dave Ashurst said: “I would like to thank Joseph Holt’s for their continued support to FC United, particularly following the difficult years of Covid where we had no fans inside the stadium. Holt’s have been a committed, reliable, long-term partner to the club and this contract extension is testament that. We are proud to have a Manchester brewery as our pouring rights partner and look forward to working together in partnership and enjoying their refreshments at Broadhurst Park Stadium.”
John Thompson, National Account Manager at Joseph Holt Brewery said: “It is an honour to extend our partnership with FC United of Manchester. As a local, independent brewery we are proud of our Mancunian roots and to serve our local communities. The “Manchester” brand has never been stronger and this partnership is a great fit for both parties. We look forward to strengthening our relationship further with the club and the supporters, and supplying our quality beers and beverages to the third biggest football club in Manchester!”
Joseph Holt Brewery have created excellent beers since 1849. Amongst their brewing range includes Crystal Gold lager, Diamond lager, American Bootleg IPA, Two Hoots and Humdinger golden ale, Trailblazer stout, and Joseph Holt Smooth.
Over the past four years, Holt’s have provided significant sponsorship to the club including funding the free travel bus on match days to and from Manchester city centre. A new six-figure sponsorship package has been agreed, making it one of the largest deals in the club’s history.
Further consultation will take place with members to review the current bar menus, pricing structure and sponsorship elements prior to the new season commencing.
