Work begins on SMRE development

FC United are pleased to announce that the redevelopment work began on the Saint Marys Road End (SMRE) site at the beginning of this week.



The refurbishment of our SMRE will create a multi-functional community space and match day supporters facility.

Once completed, the new space will be used for the benefit of our local community in Moston and across North Manchester as part of the Club’s extensive community programme.

Additionally, the space will also be available for hire by local community groups for a range of activities that are likely to include weight training, fitness classes, boxing, youth clubs, homework clubs, community group meetings, tea parties and sports injury clinics.
