WE ARE STRONGER UNITED

Together, we face challenges, and together, we’ll overcome them. With your help, we will carry on through it all.

(Total raised as of 15th January = £20,069.18)

Over the past few weeks, our Missing Matches campaign has been a vital effort to bridge the financial gap caused by postponed fixtures. Thanks to your incredible support, we’re closing in on our £20,000 target.

Our only scheduled home game before Christmas versus Warrington Ryland on 7th December was postponed, meaning we will have hosted just three Saturday home matches in the three months leading up to Christmas, instead of the six originally planned.

When the fixtures were released in July, we anticipated a busy and financially stable autumn. However, the disruption caused by FA Trophy fixtures has led to significant losses in matchday income, putting considerable strain on our cash flow. Each home game generates around £20,000 in cash, so the missed matches will cost us £60,000 over the three months.

To address this, we launched the Missing Matches fundraiser in November. Your generosity has already raised over £18,000, but even with this fantastic support, we are still well short of the revenue these games would have generated.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

We’re asking supporters to continue backing the club during this tough period.

Here are a couple of ways you can help right now:

1. Donate to Missing Matches: If every co-owner donates £20, we could raise over £40,000. Every contribution helps. If you’ve already contributed but can afford to give again, please consider doing so. The loss of another fixture since the fundraiser began has only increased the urgency.
