Nephra Good Neighbours: Creating Connection and Gentle Support
Just a stone’s throw from the stadium, Nephra continues to bring people together and reduce loneliness. Shirley and Jay will soon be trying out some new weekly sessions for anyone living with arthritis, running alongside their much-loved yoga classes. Easy Come Easy Grow: Greening Our Spaces, Growing Our Wellbeing
The team at Easy Come Easy Grow are busy brightening up North Manchester with their passion for gardening, sustainability, and community spirit. They’ll be offering calming wellbeing and gardening sessions especially for parents of children with SEND needs—creating space to breathe, learn, grow, and share with others who understand. Morrisso Health: Encouraging Men to Look After Their Hearts
Morrisso Health is deepening their connection with the club by offering friendly matchday health check-ins. Male fans are invited to drop by the cardiovascular testing stations for simple checks and helpful signposting—no pressure, just a chance to look after yourself with a bit of extra support.
