The sponsorship will see Slater Heelis host and support a series of four business networking events at the club, starting with the first event on Tuesday 16th September from 5pm to 7.45pm, at Broadhurst Park. After the event, guests will then have the opportunity to stay and watch FC United take on Morpeth Town as the new season continues.
At the inaugural event, Debbie Coyne, Partner and Head of the Employment Law team at Slater Heelis will deliver a thought-provoking talk under the theme: ‘From Flexibility to Fairness: Understanding the Future of Zero Hour Contracts’. Her session will explore the legal and ethical considerations surrounding these increasingly prevalent employment arrangements, ensuring delegates leave with the knowledge and understanding needed under changing legislation.
