We have now sold 2,025 season tickets, exceeding the 1,800 target outlined in our business plan, and sales have now been suspended pending a review by the club’s board. The board set an initial limit of 45% of the ground capacity to ensure that tickets would be available for matchday pay on the gate spectators and the 2,025 figure has hit the 45% limit.
Achieving this figure is a magnificent achievement and shows significant support for the club, both from current members and also new people who are supporting us by purchasing a season ticket for the first time.
The FC United board meets on Monday 24 August and a further update will be given next week.
