Punkertainment Quiz hits the road this Thursday 2nd February.

After a break George’s Punkertainment Quiz starts the new year with a tour, first stop will be the Magnet Free House in Stockport, home of the Stockport Branch on Thursday 2nd February at 8pm.

After a break George’s Punkertainment Quiz starts the new year with a tour, first stop will be the Magnet Free House in Stockport, home of the Stockport Branch on Thursday 2nd February at 8pm.

FC will be taking over the upstairs lounge for the quiz which will start at 8pm. £10 entry per team (maximum of 4 per team) with all proceeds going to the Club’s Development Fund.

The usual Stockport Branch fare of cheese and biscuits and maybe some pork pies will be available for a small contribution to the DF.



Offering a wide variety of beers, ales and lagers there will be something to satisfy any palate. The Magnet is situated just off the M60 motorway and within easy walking distance from Stockport train station and Stockport bus station and easy to reach by road, bus or rail. Heading from either the bus station or train station towards the town centre The Magnet is on the main A6 heading towards Manchester just a few hundred yards after the main Merseyway shopping centre, on the left-hand side.

There is a car park located at the rear of the building, and there is also parking available on Wycliffe Street, adjacent to the pub.
