POSTPONED: Jersey vbet Cup till 2022

Sadly due to the rising number of cases of Coronavirus in England, the Jersey Government have declared England as "red" for travel purposes.

This means that any visitor to the island would have to self isolate unless they have had two doses of vaccination 14 days before travelling. Whilst we have lots of fans attending who are fully protected, the players of all 4 clubs who were to participate are not fully protected yet.

Jersey Bulls tried to leave it as late as possible for the situation to change and improve but sadly yesterday saw the highest number of new cases in England since early February.

Bulls CEO Ian Horswell commented “We are incredibly disappointed that we will not be able to host and compete in this years VBET Cup. There is however some positive news in that we have confirmed a date for next year, and we hope that it will be even bigger and better! We thank the clubs for their interest, cooperation and support and look forward to welcoming them as soon as possible”.

The tournament has been rescheduled for Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July 2022 with the same teams playing the same semi final fixtures.

You can either arrange for a refund of your tickets or keep your same tickets for the new dates and Jersey Bulls will be making further communications on this on Sunday, we'll update this story to share that information
