We are looking for additional co-owners to join the Finance and Risk Committee to support the Club’s work to ensure strong governance, financial oversight and risk management.
The Committee has been established since early 2022 and has seen some natural turnover recently as well as wanting to introduce new blood.
The work of the committee covers financial reporting and oversight, organisational development, governance and HR, policy development and risk management.
On-line meetings are held every 2 months. Outside of these meetings, the committee’s key delivery is through working subgroups or small project teams which currently focus on the club rules review, finance development and support, policy development, risk oversight and HR. The hours required will vary according to these various demands but are tailored to individual availability.
