Move with Morrisso Health at FC United

Looking to move more, feel better, and enjoy exercise in a supportive environment? Morrisso Health has a series of sessions at FC United, designed specifically for people living with long-term health conditions or those who may be at risk of developing one. Not sure if you can join because of a long-term health condition? Reach out to Kathy, who will provide guidance and help you find the right session for you.

Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday 10:00am – 11:00am: Seated Exercise – Gentle movements to get you active safely.
  • Tuesday 1:00pm – 2:00pm: Wellbeing Walk Together – Enjoy a relaxed group walk with friendly support.
  • Tuesday 2:30pm – 3:30pm: Basic Cardio – Low-impact cardio to boost your fitness.
  • Wednesday 1:30pm – 2:30pm: Strength-Based Session – Build strength and stability in a supportive setting.
  • Friday 11:00am – 12:00pm: Basic Cardio – End the week on a high note with gentle, energising exercise.
