We have been notified that those opposed to our ground development in Moston may attempt to seek a judicial review of the council’s decision and if they do go ahead they intend to lodge legal papers with the council in the next few days.
It is the council’s place to respond to any legal challenge, so FC United’s public comments in the press will be limited. Given the preparation that has gone into the planning application we remain confident that due process has been followed.
