FC United’s Our Club, Our Vision – Members Survey Report is now available to read on the members’ forum. With 704 responses, the survey is the most in-depth consultation of the Club’s membership for more than five years. Thank you to everyone who took part.
The report reveals that, 16 years after the Club was founded, FC United members are still committed to our founding principles, the local community, and paying off our debts.
Most members would like to see the team promoted at least once in the next five years and attendances almost double whilst the Club continues to provide affordable football.
It’s important to members that FC United avoids outright commercialism, but they believe we can do more to raise revenue – including better promotion of Club facilities – and the majority would consider sponsorship of the stands.

The survey, and consultation with several focus groups of members and stakeholders, has helped shape FC United’s five year vision and strategy document which will be launched in the coming weeks.
