Members' online meeting at 12 noon this Sunday

Members are invited to attend a members' online meeting at 12 noon this Sunday 23rd May 2021. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the meeting will be held virtually but we hope that will allow more members to attend from the comfort of your homes!

The election policy was amended at the November Members Meeting to allow for an extension to the voting deadline at the recent AGM. This gave a 14-day period after the meeting for votes to be returned by post or electronically. An update to this amendment will be required for the General Meeting in June and members will be asked to approve this via an online vote at the meeting.
