Getting to the ground

Train
If arriving by train, depart from the station via the door on Platform 3. Turn right and follow the road round to the left and down the hill until you arrive at Giant Axe (about 100 yards on the right). Turnstiles are located at either end of the car park.

Car
Approaching from the South, Exit the M6 at junction 33 and follow the A6 in to the centre of Lancaster. On entering the one-way system stay in the left hand lane and turn left at Waterstones bookshop. Continue along this road until you pass the railway station on the right, continue over the railway bridge then turn 1st right. Follow this road round a left hand bend, down the hill and Giant Axe is on the right hand side (about 100 yards).

From the North, exit the M6 at junction 34 and continue towards Lancaster. Head in to the city centre, moving in to the right hand lane. At the top of the one-way system, just past Kwik Fit, stay in the right hand lane to loop over move on to the North bound one-way system. Move across in to the left hand lane. Turn left at Waterstones bookshop. Then as above.

Bus
Take the number 11 bus to Lancaster railway station (from Lancaster Bus Station or Westfield Village, Marsh).
Giant Axe is a 10 minute walk from both the Bus Station and Common Garden Street.

Parking
Match day parking is available free of charge at the ground and, in dry conditions, on the playing field adjacent to the ground. If the car park is full, exit the ground to the right to search for a spot in the near-by housing areas and roads. These areas and roads do not require a permit to park.

Food & Drink
On match days, Dolly's diner provide fans at Giant Axe with fantastic food offerings, hot drinks and refreshments. We also have a bar stocked with beers, ciders and soft drinks.

Get yourself to that football ground.
