Collections - tickets bought online need to be collected from the Ticket Office from 12:30

The Ticket Office is the single storey building just inside the entrance to the ground from Lightbowne Road and will be open from 12:30 until 3:00.

Key messages

If you don’t have a matchday ticket, you won’t be able to access the stadium

Food and drink can be bought on site by queuing at all outlets but can only be consumed whilst seated.

Important

Wear a face mask for walking through all indoor spaces (including Ticket Office). Keep it on if you like.

If you have any symptoms of Covid – please stay away from the stadium. Please continue to social distance.

St Matthews is not open but the stadium car park is. Please respect our neighbours and park on Lightbowne Road and not St Mary’s

Matchday information

Turnstiles – 1 and 4 are open. An early turnstile will be open from 13:00.

Car park – available at Broadhurst Park (£5). St Matthew’s car park is not open.

Stadium – All stands are open. Seating restrictions apply in the mainstand due to Covid and social distancing applies across the stadium.

F & B
Food and drink will be available from the main function room, SMRE food counter, SMRE bar and our new bar in the West Stand. Food and drink should be purchased by queuing but must be consumed whilst seated. Seating is available in the main stand, West stand and North stand. This should mean that all those who want a drink can get a drink (even if it’s not necessarily where you’d like to drink it). You will not be able to drink standing up in the SMRE.

SMRE has guest cask ales (Nelson Sauvin Pale, Eldorado ultra- pale) alongside our regular beers. 

The new bar in the West Strand has bottles, draft and IPA with a food option of pies, confectionary and soft drinks.Some big changes here so please read carefully.

Kazbar – open 13.00pm until 16.15pm serving pies, confectionary, soft and hot drinks.

The chip cabin – open 13.00pm – until 16.30pm and will be open serving chips, pies, peas gravy and curry sauce and soft drinks.

Main function room – open from 13:30pm and open post-match, but food and drinks must be consumed sitting down.

SMRE (bar) – open from 13:00pm and last orders at 18:15pm.  Drinks and food must be consumed sitting down at the tables provided.

West Stand – open from 13:30 and last orders 16.15pm bar closes 16.30 pm. Food and drinks must be consumed sitting down at the tables.

Sweet Stall is open from 13:00 and is selling what a good sweet stall should sell.

*Queuing systems will be in place for all food and drink outlets, please ensure you adhere to social distancing and wear face masks unless you are sat at your table*

North stand/ West stand has seating for up to 150 people socially distanced.

Tables available on a first-come-first-served basis. These will remain available after the match has finished but drinks will need to be purchased from the SMRE or Main Function room bar.
The above is not ideal but we are trying to provide enough spaces to drink for those who want to drink. What is really clear is that no-one can drink or eat standing up so we ask for your co-operation and understanding to ensure that this doesn’t take place.

If supporters don’t abide by the new regulations and attempt to take drink into the other stands, we risk having to stop all alcohol consumption on match days and even potentially a further capacity cut.

Stadium Office
The office remains closed for non-matchday services. Season tickets, TMTBs and memberships can be bought on-line or from the club at any time during the week.
