Role Overview
- Casual coaching sessions in schools, community venues, and club facilities
- Deliver fun, engaging football activities for children, young people, and adults
- Support the club’s mission to promote health, wellbeing, and social inclusion
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and assist on football sessions in line with programme objectives
- Deliver engaging, high-quality football coaching for participants of all ages and abilities
- Ensure sessions are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone
- Work with diverse groups from varied ages, backgrounds, and abilities
- Represent and promote FC United’s values in the community
Requirements / Skills
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C Coaching qualifications (would also consider applicants who are working towards their UEFA C)
- FA First Aid & Safeguarding Children qualifications (or willingness to complete)
- Experience working with children, young people, or community groups
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to inspire others
