FC United have been informed that the Gigg Lane pitch is still holding water after the heavy rain that fell on Boxing Day.
With more rain scheduled for this evening and overnight a pitch inspection will take place at 9:30am on Saturday morning.
Supporters are urged to check official channels before setting off for the game.
