As February is Heart Health Month, FC United are organising an event to promote healthy lifestyles and heart health awareness within the Moston community and surrounding areas. We would love as many local people as possible to be part of this important initiative by sharing information and activities that can help our community members improve their well-being.
We are pleased to announce that North West Hearts, Morrisso Health, Winning Hearts and Minds and Manchester Active will be partnering for this event. North West Hearts will be providing valuable education on CPR and heart health awareness, providing a great opportunity for attendees to learn lifesaving skills while also discovering local resources to support a healthier lifestyle.
Organisations will be on hand to engage with residents in an informal setting, offering advice, answering questions, and sharing details about the support and services their organisation provides. It will be a relaxed and welcoming environment, allowing for meaningful conversations that can have a positive impact on community health.
