FC United of Manchester is delighted to announce the appointment of Frances Fielding as our new General Manager. Frances will officially start on 10 September 2025, following the completion of her notice period at Manchester United.
Frances brings more than a decade of senior-level experience in football, with a strong background in commercial development, operational delivery, and team leadership. She has worked across the Premier League, EFL and non-league football, earning a reputation for her collaborative approach, sharp commercial thinking, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for the club, as we prepare to celebrate our 20th anniversary season and look to build on recent progress.
