FC United have won Newcomer of the Year in the prestigious BBC North West Sports Awards 2006.
Karl, Phil & Darren were on hand to receive the award from Amir Khan at the Hilton Hotel on Monday night and were delighted to do so.
Margy said:
"It was a great night and a nice surprise. When you see the calibre of the people in the room, it shows how far we’ve come in such a short space of time. Many of those present, whose opinion you value, had a lot of kind words and encouragement for what we are doing at FC"
The awards will be shown in the North West on BBC, at 7pm on Wednesday night.
