FC United U17s - Going For The Double!

Our Under 17s side sealed the North Bury Junior Football League last weekend with a final day victory over rivals Roach Dynamos - and next Tuesday (13th May) sees a rematch as the sides face each other in the Garry Oldfield Cup final here at Broadhurst Park (kick-off 8pm).

Its been a stellar season for the young Reds as they went unbeaten after Christmas, with eight straight victories propelling them to the league championship - an even more impressive feat as an U17 side playing in an U18 league.

Now they have the chance to make it a league and cup double on Tuesday evening, as they again face Roach Dynamos in the final of the Garry Oldfield Cup here at Broadhurst Park.

There is another final at 6.15pm, before the main event kicks off at 8pm. Entry is FREE, so get yourself to that football ground and get behind the lads as they look to make it a glorious double!
