FC United of Manchester is inviting school leavers and their families to attend a special Open Evening on Thursday 12 March 2026 to learn more about its exciting Academy programme, delivered in partnership with The Manchester College.
Launching in September 2026, the Academy will offer a Level 3 Diploma in Sport & Physical Activity, combining academic study with elite-level football training at Broadhurst Park.
The programme will be delivered over two academic years and is designed for ambitious 16–18-year-olds looking to build a future in football — whether as players, coaches, analysts, or within the wider sport and health industries.
Training and development sessions will take place at Broadhurst Park under the guidance of Academy Manager Adam Le Fondre, offering students the opportunity to learn and train in a professional football environment.

Time: 5:30pm – 7pm (6:00pm start)
Location: Broadhurst Park Stadium, 310 Lightbowne Road, Moston, Manchester, M40 0FJ
On the evening, attendees will:
- Learn more about the Level 3 Diploma qualification
- Meet tutors and coaching staff
- Tour the training and education facilities
- Speak directly with Academy leadership
