FC United appoint Paul Haworth as Commercial Manager

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Haworth as FC United's Commercial Manager.

Paul is a qualified marketing, brand and communications professional with over 25 years’ experience. Since the end of January 2024, he has undertaken the role of part-time position of Business Development Manager at FC United which focused on managing our existing business supporters as well as attracting new businesses to the club.

In his new role as Commercial Manager he will be responsible for overseeing all income revenue streams including Season Ticket and Membership, match day income, merchandise, functions and events and sponsorship and advertising.

After a thorough and lengthy interview process, Danny Davis, General Manager at FC United explained that; “Not only did Paul impress with his interview presentation, he came up with a fantastic future plan on commercial growth for next season. I am delighted to welcome Paul as Commercial Manager and part of the club’s senior leadership team.”

Paul is a founder member of FC United and has been a dedicated supporter since the club’s formation in 2005. Since 2010, he volunteered his time and expertise, assisting the club with its marketing and communications. In May 2018, Paul was co-opted onto the Board for a period of six months overseeing the club’s income generation strategy.
