FC United of Manchester can confirm that Frances Fielding will be leaving her position as General Manager.
Frances returned to FC United in September 2025, having previously worked for the club as Commercial Manager. We thank Frances for her contribution to FC United across both periods with the club and wish her well for the future.
Following a review of the General Manager position, the Board has concluded that a change in leadership is required.
Interim arrangements have been put in place to ensure continuity across the club. The Board will now consider the precise requirements of the senior leadership role before beginning the recruitment process for Frances' successor.
