Can you help on Community day?

We’re excited to announce our upcoming Community Day on Saturday 18th April, and we need your help to make it a fantastic, fun-filled day for everyone!

Our community events rely on the energy, kindness, and teamwork of amazing volunteers—so if you can spare a little time, we’d love to have you on board.

When We Need Volunteers

• Set-up Crew: From 12:00pm
• Pack-down Crew: From 3:00pm
• Activity Support: Throughout the event

Whether you can help for an hour or stay for the whole afternoon, every bit of support counts!

Volunteer Roles Available

We are looking for volunteers to help run and oversee activities throughout the day. Roles include:

Bouncy Castle Supervisors: Helping children enjoy the inflatables safely and ensuring everyone has fun.

Stocks Volunteers: Overseeing the water bucket stations—keeping them filled and ready for action!

Music & Performance Assistants: Supporting performers, managing the music, and helping keep the entertainment running smoothly.

Concourse Stall Helpers: Supporting stallholders, answering questions, and helping things run smoothly along the concourse.

3G Pitch Stall Helpers: Assisting with stalls set up on the 3G pitch and offering support where needed.

Your support will help create an enjoyable and memorable day for families and residents across the community.
