Board Nominations List

After the 2012 FC United AGM, three Board members resigned leaving unexpected vacancies. The current Board reviewed the options and decided elections will be held at the 2013 General meeting on Sunday 28th April with a term of office ending at the 2013 AGM. The reasoning is to maintain the normal situation of half the Board resigning/seeking re-election at each AGM.

The Board has received seven nominations from candidates who wish to be elected to the Club Board. The full list of candidates for the three available places is therefore as follows:

John Edmeads
Kate Ramsey
Andrew Griffiths
Martin Gottlieb

All members will receive full format notification of the meeting in as well as details of any resolutions no later than 21 days before the meeting. Members are reminded that only those without an email address will receive notification in the post. Those with a registered email address will receive notification by email and documents will be available from the member’s area of the official website no later than 21 days before the meeting.

The General Meeting will take place on Sunday 28th April 2013, The Manchester College, Openshaw Campus, Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, Manchester, M11 2WH at 12:30pm. Registration opens at 12:00pm.
