FC United is delighted to invite young men of all footballing abilities in Year 11 at school to attend one of 10 open day trials between now and the end of April 2023.
The first trial takes place from 5pm to 6pm next Tuesday, 29th November, at Broadhurst Park and the sessions will continue fortnightly (excluding Christmas) throughout the rest of the season.
Anyone wishing to attend should email Academy Manager, Tom Conroy at tom.conroy@fc-utd.net by the latest of 5pm the day before the trial they would like to attend.
Everyone who attends must bring photo ID, suitable astroturf footwear and kit, and must currently be in Year 11 at school.
Tom, who has a UEFA A licence, will oversee the trials with Chris Taylor (UEFA A licence) and Sean Landin (UEFA B licence). He said: “This is a great opportunity for young footballers to come along to be trained and assessed by three UEFA licenced coaches.
“We welcome players of all abilities and are delighted to offer them the opportunity to secure a place in the Academy, and an established route to progress to the first team.”
The trials will take place from 5pm to 6pm at Broadhurst Park on each of the following days:
