AGM Postal/Proxy Votes is 5pm on Tuesday 29th November

AGM Postal/Proxy Votes is 5pm on Tuesday 29th NovemberThe deadline for returning your postal votes or proxy declaration for the AGM is Tuesday 5pm - The AGM takes place on Sunday 4th December.

If you are unable to attend the AGM on Sunday 4th December and wish to vote, please be aware that THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING YOUR VOTE IS 5PM ON TUESDAY 29th NOVEMBER

Please note that the deadline was announced in the notice sent to members (well before we knew about the rescheduled game) and can’t be changed.

Anyone coming to the game and intending to give their postal vote in must do so BEFORE 5pm as after that time they cannot be accepted.

If you cannot attend the AGM you have two options now to vote but you must act quickly.

VOTE BY POST

The forms are on the members docs area. Print them and stick them in the post 1st class now as they must be received in tomorrows post.

Anyone unable to log onto the members docs area or unsure then call the office on 0161 769 2005 or email vivware@fc-utd.co.uk

You can hand the completed postal vote in to the FC United office in person. At this late stage this is the best option for those who live locally as it guarantees your vote will arrive in time.

You can turn up early for tomorrow’s match (before 5pm) and hand in your vote, the bar will be open to entertain you after.

NOMINATE A PROXY

You can download a proxy form and nominate a proxy. This also has to be received before 5pm Tuesday.

Your proxy does not have to be an FC member, it can be anyone you know and trust to turn up for you at the AGM and cast your votes in the way you have asked him/her to. Ideal if you are not local or can’t come but know someone who is local or is going anyway. They attend the meeting and are given your voting forms to fill out and hand in. If they are a member they will get their voting paper and yours to fill in.

Should you not know anyone suitable you can nominate the Chair of the meeting to vote on your behalf. The Chair of the AGM will be board member Tim Worrall.

Anyone who wants this explained further or is having difficulty getting the forms should also call the office on 0161 769 2005 or email vivware@fc-utd.co.uk

ATTEND AND VOTE AT THE AGM

If you plan to attend the AGM on Sunday 4th December there is nothing you need to do. Turn up at the venue with your membership card/valid ID and you will be handed your voting papers on the day.

If you cannot attend Sunday, TUESDAY 5PM IS THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING YOUR VOTE.
