What's the ground like?

The Tameside Stadium has been the home of Curzon Ashton football Club since 2005. The ground has two covered stands and is fully terraced on all four sides. It currently holds the FA 'C' Grading. Seated Capacity - 527 (seats available in the covered Main Stand), Standing Capacity - 3673 and Covered Accommodation - 1100 (standing cover available opposite the Main Seated Stand. A variety of hot and cold food and drink is available from the Snack Bar before, during and after each game. The Sports Bar serves a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks and is open to all visitors before, during and after games.

Getting to the ground by public transport

Metrolink: The Eccles to Ashton-under-Lyne via Piccadilly tram is every 12 minutes until 23:00. The nearest station is Ashton West.

Getting to the ground by car

From Stockport (south) direction - Leave the M60 at junction 23 (Ashton-u-Lyne). Turn left at the top of the slip road, go straight through the next set of lights and bear right (onto Lord Sheldon Way) at the next set. Continue on this road until you come to a set of traffic lights with the Cineworld Cinema on your right. Turn left here onto Richmond St. Over the bridge, across the mini-roundabout and then first left down to the ground. From Oldham (north) direction - Leave the M60 at junction 23 (Ashton-u-Lyne) and turn right at the top of the slip road signposted A635 Manchester. Turn right at the second set of traffic lights, sign posted Ashton Moss, and then follow directions as from the south.
