Ticket Arrangements - Warrington Town on Tuesday 3rd November

Ticket Arrangements - Warrington Town on Tuesday 3rd NovemberSeason Ticket and Ten Match ticket Book (TMTB) holders are required to register in advance to attend FC United versus Warington Town at Broadhurst Park on Tuesday 3rd November in the Pitching In Northern Premier League with a 7:45pm kick-off.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the ground will have a 600 capacity and this game is therefore strictly all ticket with admission for home supporters restricted to season ticket and TMTB holders who also have a confirmed registration email (see below for process).

Important Covid-19 information for supporters considering whether to travel to Broadhurst Park:
FC United’s Broadhurst Park ground is currently situated within Tier 3 of the government Covid alert levels. The current government advice on travelling from tiers 1 or 2 to tier 3 is:

"We are advising people not to travel into or out of an area if it has been categorised as a very high alert level area.

"We are asking everyone who lives elsewhere to avoid staying overnight in a very high alert level area where possible, except for those who need to for work, education or caring responsibilities. You must not stay with anyone you do not live with from a very high alert level area or visit their home."

The advice from Manchester FA (under whose jurisdiction we fall):

“We ask that spectators follow the government guidance and do not travel into or out of ‘Very High’ Tier 3 areas.”

So it is up to individuals living in tier 1 or 2 areas to make a choice on whether they wish to travel to Broadhurst Park having taken account of the advice.

Match day arrangements:
There will be significant changes to match day arrangements due to the Covid-19 pandemic so please read them carefully, even if you are a regular at Broadhurst Park, when we publish them this week.

Away Fans: Warrington fans need to contact their own club for the 90 tickets available for away supporters. No tickets will be available on the day.

Home Fans: We have 510 spaces available to register for admission to the game for season ticket holders and Ten Match Ticket Holders only on a first come first served basis.

7pm on Thursday 29th October till 11.59pm on Sunday 1st November 460 tickets will be available online
10am-12am on Monday 2nd November 50 will be at the ground for those season ticket holders and TMTB holders without internet access.
2pm on Monday 2nd November any remaining tickets will be available on general sale by phone, we will update this site and advise via social media if this is the case

Please only register if you attending as to do so and not turn up will deprive another supporter of the chance to attend. Providing a phone number for all in your booking is a condition of entry. Those of you who have a confirmed match day volunteer role at the club should not register as you will gain admission through our volunteer signing in desk and you will not count towards our 600 capacity. Unfortunately our limited capacity means there are no tickets available for those who are not season ticket holders or TMTB holders at this stage.

Season ticket holders: You can register for you and others in one order but they must all have a season ticket / TMTB for 2020/21 season and you must fill in the name and either the phone number registered with the club or the membership number of all people in your order. It will not validate on name alone. You will receive a confirmation email to say you have successfully registered for a ticket (check your junk/spam folder if you cannot see it as sometimes goes in that). On Saturday please bring your season ticket and email confirmation to the cabin by the Lightbowne Road entrance to the car park and we will exchange for a match ticket.

Anyone who hasn’t registered and arrives at the ground with just a season ticket will not gain entry. Season tickets have all now been sent.

Please allow additional time on arrival to collect tickets and proceed through turnstiles as this will be a slower process than we have had in the past and please observe social distancing guidelines at all times in the queue.

Ten Match Ticket Books: TMTB have not been posted out. All TMTB holders who want to attend must register. You can register for you and others in one order but they must all have a season ticket/ TMTB for 2020/21 season and you must fill in the name and either the phone number registered with the club or the membership number of all in your order.

You will receive a confirmation email to say you have successfully registered for a ticket (check your junk/spam folder if you cannot see it as sometimes goes in that). Those who attended the Nantwich or Scarborough matches will now have their TMTB so should bring that and the email confirmation to the cabin by the Lightbowne Road entrance to the car park and we will exchange the voucher for a match ticket. Those who did not attend those games won’t have their TMTB yet so should attend with their email confirmation and we will exchange for a match ticket and provide you with your TMTB with one voucher removed for this match.

Due to the very limited capacity we can only allow one admission per book for this match. Any TMTB holder who arrives at the ground on Saturday without having registered will not gain entry. Please allow additional time on arrival to collect tickets and proceed through turnstiles as this will be a slower process than we have had in the past and please observe social distancing guidelines at all times in the queue.

Alcohol can only be consumed as part of a meal which must be ordered where you are sat. Alcohol will only be available in the main Function Room and SMRE bar. Pre-bookings are required for all spaces.
Bring a Face Mask for walking through indoor spaces (including Ticket Office).
If you have any symptoms of Covid – please stay away from the stadium

Why are we asking you to register?
Government Covid instructions are that grounds at our level are strictly restricted to 600 paying spectators. As previously communicated to supporters in the summary of the August board meeting, it was agreed to halt sales of season tickets once the total for season tickets and TMTBs reached 900 on the basis that last season we had an average absenteeism rate of 45% for Season Ticket holders and 49% for TMTB holders.

There is also the bigger picture that if we can organise a football game in line with guidelines then that will improve the chances of an increase in attendance in the future.

What if more than 600 season ticket holders and TMTB holders want to attend?
We don’t think based on last year’s data that this will be a regular problem but there may be the odd match where it is and there will be strictly no admission for supporters once 600 have registered. We appolgise for any issues this may cause you. For this reason please don’t register unless you are going and if things change let us know at seasontickets@fc-utd.co.uk so we can reallocate your space.

What if less than 600 season ticket holders and TMTB holders want to attend?
We want 600 at every match and will review arrangements regularly and if spaces remain available near to a match we would make a further announcement.

What if I feel unwell on the day of the game or can no longer attend after I registered?
Please don’t attend if you feel unwell as we must all do our bit to stop the spread of Covid 19. Manchester remains an area in special measures and if you have any potential symptoms of Covid 19 please stay away until you have received a negative test or isolated for the required period.

If you feel unwell or if you have registered for a ticket but can no longer attend please let us know at seasontickets@fc-utd.co.uk so we can reallocate your space. The earlier you let us know the better but even late on we can probably get someone else in. For the Nantwich game we had nearly 40 no shows which meant 40 supporters who we could have got in, didn’t get the chance.

Ticket Q&A: Answers to common questions we’ve had from earlier registrations

A: Yes it will say that until you also put in either your membership number or phone number. Only when one of those is added to your name will it validate.
