Try Wednesday Walking Football

Our Walking Football sessions are very popular with Monday night’s at maximum capacity.
We are restarting the Wednesday sessions (7-8pm) on the 3 G to enable newcomers to join some of the regulars and learn what it’s all about.
If you’re not sure what’s involved why not pop down on weds 24 April when FC take on Chorley FC in friendly.
Those taking part enjoy the fresh air, gentle exercise and some banter. Whether you want to get fitter, lose weight or just get out of the house for an hour for some light exercise, you maybe surprised how much fun it is.
