Bacup Ticket Information - Updated 2nd February

Please note on police advice this game is all ticket and no tickets will be sold on the day of the game.

Ticket update

Fans can still purchase tickets on-line from Bacup Borough until 5.00 p.m. on Friday 2nd February 2007. Tickets ordered on line between Wednesday and Friday will not be posted, but can be collected from Bacup Leisure Hall (next to Car Park A) on Saturday from 12 noon until 2.30 p.m.

Tickets can still be purchased in person at the West View Stadium each day from 9.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. or from Piccadilly Box Office until early afternoon on Friday 2nd February 2007.

Please note that programmes will be on sale at Bacup Leisure Hall and at Bacup Cricket Club before the game.

Car Park Update

There are still car parking spaces available at both the Leisure Hall and Cricket Club. Supporters are urged to use the official car parks, because of the parking restrictions in place on the day. Supporters can pay on arrival for these car parks.

Piccadilly Box Office

There are approximately 150 adult tickets and 50 concession tickets still available to purchase over the counter at Piccadilly Box Office St Ann’s Square (above the easy internet café) from Thursday 18th January 2007.

Car Parking

There are two official car parks available from 11.45am until 5.30pm on match day. To use the official car parks you must purchase a ticket in advance @ priced £3.00. Car Park A is at Bacup Leisure Hall, Burnley Road; Car Park B is at Bacup Cricket Club, at the junction of Lanehead Lane, Blackthorn Lane and Greensnook Lane.

Important Police Information

There will be match day WAITING RESTRICTIONS in place and identified by NO WAITING CONES from 10.00 am to 6:00pm, there will be a police presence in the area and these restrictions will be enforced.

From M62/M60 onto M66. Leave the M66 straight into A56. Continue straight into A682. Turn left into A681 Bocholt Way. Continue straight into A681 Newchurch Road. Turn left into A671 Burnley Road. The Leisure Hall is on the left.

Directions to car park b - Bacup Cricket Club, Lanehead Lane, Bacup, OL13 9BT

From M62/M60 onto M66. Leave the M66 straight into A56. Continue straight into A682. Turn left into A681 Bocholt Way. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto A681 Bacup Road. Turn left onto A671 Burnley Road. Turn right onto Hammerton Street. Continue straight ahead onto Cooper Street. Turn right onto Blackthorn Lane. The cricket ground is situated on the junction of Blackthorn Lane, Lanehead Lane and Greensnook Lane.

To the ground

From M62/M60 onto M66, follow to the end Rawtenstall where you come to a large roundabout. Stay in the middle lane and carry on through a set of traffic lights. Follow this road for approximately 4 miles into Bacup. Just past the Nat West bank take second left into Burnley Road. On passing Bacup Leisure Hall on the left, take next right before the Irwell Inn, up to the top of Cooper Street. Turn right and second left into Cowtoot Lane, where the ground is at the top of the Lane.

From M6 go onto M65, come off at junction 9 (signed Halifax/Burnley W). Take A679 which is left off the slip road to traffic lights. Then turn right (Rossendale Road), follow this through another set of lights to the next set of traffic lights, at these lights turn right. Keep in the middle lane and follow up over the moors. At the top of the hill you will pass the Deerplay Public House on the left, carry on to the Irwell Inn, then take the next left to top of Cooper Street. Turn right and second left into Cowtoot Lane.
