Walking Football For All

Wednesdays 7-8pm on the 3G at Broadhurst Park

The Walking Football Group runs two sessions each week on the 3G pitch. All are welcome to join our growing band of players. The Wednesday sessions are particularly suitable for newcomers who may be wondering what it’s all about.

There are no age limits and its open to males and females regardless of your skill or fitness level.

Some members come to improve their health and fitness in a friendly fun atmosphere and some just to kick a ball about and pretend they are kids again playing out under the street lights until their mum calls them in for bed. It has all the usual FC banter benefits and helps you make friends in true FC fashion. Forget everyday issues for an hour on a Wednesday and return to being 7 again.

For those wanting to move on to more competitive action, its an ideal stepping stone to Monday nights session and subsequently the friendly matches which we are arranging.
