Help needed to spread the word about FC United at university freshers fayres

FC United’s 18-30 branch are requesting the assistance of fellow co-owners to help them to spread the word about the club amongst students at a number of local universities.

The branch will be holding stalls during ‘Freshers Week’ to promote the club amongst the city’s student population to attract more supporters and members. 1830 are asking for assistance from supporters who could be available to help throughout the days or even for just a couple of hours.

Manchester University:
Tuesday 22 September and Wednesday 23 September, 10am-4pm in the Students Union

Salford Uni ’actvities’ Fair:
Wednesday 23rd September 10am-4pm in the Sports Centre (Peel Park Campus)

Duties will include:

- Collecting names and email addresses/phone numbers – with indication of who wishes to come to a “students go free??? match
- FC United society membership applications
- possible FC membership applications and cheques/cash
- Possible merchandise to purchase
- Promoting the FC message

We have designed slots of two hours throughout the times stated above. If supporters can commit to all day that would be fantastic otherwise please specify what hours/days and location you can do.

Volunteers are asked to wear FC Shirts/t-shirts/polo shirts to identify our team.
