Trials for FC United Youth Team scholarships (Friday 20th February 2015)

The FC United Youth Academy has announced the date of its forthcoming trials for scholarships with the FC United Youth Team. The trials offer 16-18 year olds a unique opportunity to further their football and education development and to be part of one of the leading supporter-owned football clubs in the country.

The trials, which take place on Friday 20 February 2015, are for school leavers and players between 16-18 years old. Paul Bright, FC United Youth Academy manager, said: "We are offering full-time football and education scholarships for successful entrants. Players will train on a daily basis and study towards a BTEC Level 2 or Level 3 in Sport. They will also benefit from being able to train, play and study at our new, purpose-built home at Broadhurst Park in Moston."



Successful trialists will also be part of the FC United Youth Team which plays in the Football Conference Youth Alliance League and FA Youth Cup competitions.
